How to Export Elementor Page?

As of my last knowledge update in September 2021, Elementor is a popular WordPress page builder plugin that allows you to create and design web pages using a visual, drag-and-drop interface. Exporting an Elementor page typically involves saving it as a template or exporting the entire page for backup or use on another website. Please note that the user interface and features may have evolved since my last update, so make sure to check for any changes in the plugin’s interface or functionality.

Here are the general steps to export an Elementor page:

Method 1: Exporting a Page as a Template:

  1. Log in to your WordPress admin dashboard: Go to your WordPress website and log in with your administrator credentials.
  2. Edit the Page with Elementor: Navigate to the page you want to export and click the “Edit with Elementor” button.
  3. Design or Modify Your Page: If you haven’t already, create or modify your page using Elementor.
  4. Save the Page as a Template: After you’ve designed the page, click the “Save as Template” button in the Elementor editor.
  5. Name and Save the Template: Give your template a name and click the “Save” or “Export” button.
  6. Export the Template: Once the template is saved, you may be presented with an option to export it. Click the export button, and it will be saved to your computer as a .json file.

Method 2: Exporting the Entire Page (HTML):

If you want to export the entire page as an HTML file, you can use the following method:

  1. Edit the Page with Elementor: Navigate to the page you want to export and click the “Edit with Elementor” button.
  2. Preview the Page: Click the “Preview” button to view the page.
  3. Save the Page as HTML: In your browser, right-click on the page and select “Save Page As” or a similar option. Choose the location on your computer where you want to save the HTML file.
  4. Save Images and Assets (Optional): If the page includes custom images or assets, you may need to save them separately by right-clicking on the images and selecting “Save Image As.”
  5. Export the Page Content: If you want to export the entire page content including text, you can copy and paste it from the browser into a text editor or a document, such as Microsoft Word.

Please keep in mind that exporting and importing Elementor templates or pages may require specific permissions or settings on your WordPress website. Additionally, Elementor’s interface and features may have changed since my last update, so it’s a good idea to refer to the latest Elementor documentation or support resources for the most up-to-date information and instructions.
